Beverly M. Lyon - A Lawyer Who Listens
 Beverly Lyon has practiced law almost exclusively in the areas of wills, trusts, probate and incapacity for more than 30 years. A solo practitioner for most of her career, Beverly brings a wealth of practical experience to her work with older clients, their families, trustees and executors. She has been called upon to share her expertise on the issues of aging and incapacity with fellow lawyers and law students at Continuing Education of the Bar (CEB), Practising Law Institute (PLI), National Business Institute, Inc.(NBI), University of San Francisco Law School and Golden Gate School of Law. Bev’s first love is working with clients to help them solve their legal problems in the simplest, most effective way possible. She takes the time to listen carefully to clients’ concerns and discover how best to meet their needs.
